About Us

We are a Semi Independent Supported living provider who specialise in supplying high quality care for Looked after children and care leavers. Our homes can be found all around London and beyond. We employ fully NVQ qualified residential care workers, who are able to deliver 24 hour wrap around social care to young people. As a provider we have a specific insight and knowledge of inner city young people. We understand the challenges and fears young people face from diverse and wider backgrounds

Our Programmes

Alongside our regulated work at “A Place of Mine “ we offer our young people the opportunity to take part in our tailored health and wellbeing programmes. Sports provide an outlet for stress and energy, promoting a healthy lifestyle. By incorporating these activities our young people gain essential skills and virtues, fostering personal growth and well-rounded development

Our mission is to give young people and care leavers a safe and happy environment to reside, and thrive. The environment we create should allow children to gain the necessary social and economical skills to enable them to move from semi-independent living to independent living . Our principle goal is to create and add value in every looked after child at a place of Mine. With that in mind every young person should move on to the next stage of their journey a better person than when they arrive, Thats our ethos That’s A Place of Mine.
